Come and enjoy our luxury guesthouse in a part 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse.
Peacefully located just 5 minutes from the gorgeous village of Broadway, the farm has views to the Cotswold hills and over the surrounding countryside.
Almost all our spacious and elegantly furnished rooms have en-suite facilities with king size or twin beds, while one suite of rooms has use of a private shower room/wc.

Breakfast is wholesome English fare, with high-quality locally sourced or home produced ingredients.

We are now a licensed guesthouse, and have a stock of beers, wines and spirits for you to enjoy in the guest lounge, your room, or with dinner.Our aim is to combine excellent customer service attitudes with the personalisation and warmth of a true English B&B.
The famous north Cotswold villages are all within easy reach, with Chipping Campden only 4 miles away, and Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh and Bourton-on-the-Water only about 20 minutes drive.
The location is also a great base for Hidcote Manor, Snowshill Manor, the Vale of Evesham and Stratford-on-Avon.Pick-up service from Evesham station or other local areas is available on request.
