The guesthouse; formerly the home of Dr Amos Ingham; physician to the Bronte sisters; Charlotte; Anne and Emily; lies in three quarters of an acre of mature gardens with fantastic views out over Bronte Country. The house has ample free private parking with easy access to ground floor rooms for the less able. There is WiFi internet access throughout. The guesthouse is also now licensed.
Ashmount Guesthouse sympathetically combines modern day amenities with many original features. Most of the furniture is antique and much of the interior of the house; including the beautiful stained glass windows; is original.
It is this care and attention to detail - both modern and traditional - that leads us to believe Ashmount to be the most comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in Haworth.
