The Derwent House is one of the finest bed and breakfast establishments in Scarborough.

All rooms include central heating (which is throughout the establishment),LCD flat screen televisions with freeview, beverage making facilities, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and wireless internet access. A choice of breakfast is served in the pleasant dining room and there is an equally welcoming guests lounge with free internet access, in which to relax. Perfectly situated, just a few minutes stroll to both bays, the shopping centre and restaurants offering international cuisine.

The views from Derwent House are spectacular and, during the warmer months, can be enjoyed from the enclosed seating area to the front of the building. We accept cash and all major credit cards with no additional surcharges.
