All rooms have arge flatscreen Tvs, most with DVD players, CD players and additionally offer teacoffee making facilities, bottled mineral water, hairdryer, Egyptian cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, sumptuous bath robes and indulgent toiletries. The Drawing room offers a small DVD library, up to date magazines, local historyinterest walking books. Kilham Hall is situated in one and a half acres of glorious gardens and offers a heated outdoor swimming pool May to end September, tennis court and croquet lawn

Be spoiledFor guests arriving between 4.00pm and 5.30pm complimentary afternoon tea with homemade aga scones are offered in the drawing room or garden weather permitting

In addition a complimentary glass of chilled white wine is offered in the conservatory between 6 and 7pm daily. Local sights include the magnificent Burton Agnes Hall, an Elizabethan masterpiece, Sledmere House and Scampston gardens whilst Flamborough Head and the coast are only 10 miles away and the historic cities of Beverley and York within easy driving distance.

Directions:
We are 32 miles east of York. From the York ring road take the A166 Bridlington road and follow to the outskirts of Driffield the road number changes to A614 but still head towards Bridlington a mile past the 3rd roundabout at Nafferton turn left - sign posted Rudston Parva Kilham. Follow this road to Kilham (1 12 miles) and Kilham Hall is the first house on the right 20 meters past the 30 miles an hour speed restriction sign and before the village sign. If you get to the school or garden nursery you have gone 200 meters too far! Park in front of the main house.
