We are ideally situated directly opposite the International Conference and Exhibition Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a fine Victorian residence, built in 1901, which has been completely renovated and tastefully modernised while retaining all the charming architectural features of the Victorian era

In our grounds, we have private parking for your car. We also offer free permits to park your car outside our building in parking bays. If you travel in anything other than a car please park in the parking bays at the front and we will give you a permit

Offering twelve individually decorated non-smoking bedrooms, all accessed by stairs to two floors. All the rooms are en-suite, a few with a bath as well as shower, all have complimentary toiletries. Each have controllable central heating, remote control multi channel colour television, direct dial telephone, Laptop internet connection by telephone or free WI - FI broadband, hair dryer, alarm clock radio

A welcome tray of tea, coffee and beverages, with a bottle of Harrogate Spa Water to refresh you. The pillows and duvets are non allergenic to assist you to have a superb night's sleep. Access at all times, once checked in

We regret that we do not accommodate children under 12 years old. Check in time is 3pm until 10pm. Latest check in is at 10

30pm as we do not have a night porter. Checkout on the morning of departure is 10am. We are a totally non smoking establishment

This is made more enjoyable by being presented on fine wedgewood china, with a choice of yorkshire tea or coffee from Taylors of Harrogate "Betty's" in the rich surroundings of our elegant beautiful breakfast room. We use as much fresh local Yorkshire produce as possible.
