We have recently undergone a large refurbishment which was recognized by the ETC whom have upgraded us to 4 Star Guest House Accommodation. All of our rooms are now en-suite, 2 rooms have kingsize beds in. We are situated in an ideal location, 12-15 mins walk to the City Centre.

As well as visiting York you could also take in the Yorkshire MoorsDales and Coast. A Generous Full English, Vegetarian or Coeliac breakfast is included. Car parking is no restriction street parking.

We do take most credit cards but we dont take American Express. FREE Wi-Fi is available to guests. If you would like to book our Ground floor room please make this clear in your inquiry.

1 NIGHT SATURDAY BOOKINGS ARE ONLY TAKEN IF THE REQUIRED ROOM HAS BEEN LET THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE REQUIRED SATURDAY. 1 night bookings not taken on a bank holiday until last minute. X-mas Day, Boxing Day and New Years morning breakfast is a self service continental not a cooked breakfast
