Directions
From the North. Take the A1 onto the A59 on the outskirts of the city you will crossover the A1237. Continue to follow the A59 into the city until you come up a hill to an iron railway bridge. Turn right after the bridge onto Dalton Terrace. At the traffic lights turn left and at the next set of traffic lights turn right on to Scarcroft Road. Warrens is on the left-hand side just past the park. From the South. Come into York on the A64 York-Leeds road. On the outskirts of the city take the A1036 signposted York West. Follow the signs for city centre.After a mile you will pass the racecourse which will be on your right. There is then a slight hill with traffic lights at the top, go through the lights and at the next set of traffic lights turn right on to Scarcroft Road. Warrens is on the left hand side just past the park. From the Railway Station. Turn right and follow the footpath round the city wall until you come to the cross roads. Turn right at the junction onto Blosson Street. After approx 300 metres you will pass an Odeon Cinema, just beyond here the road changes name to The Mount. After 200 metres turn left into Scarcroft Road. Warrens is on the left hand side just past the park.

Cancellation Deadline
A credit or debit or card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Reservations can be made by phone, fax, letter or email. A secured booking represents a contract between the guest and the hotel. In the event of a cancelled booking you will be responsible for 90% of the cost of the entire booking. People failing to arrive without notification may be responsible for the entire cost of the booking. Curtailment of Stay - No Refunds Given. Individual booking policy - Cancellation Policy 7 days. Group bookings 2 or more rooms – Cancellation Policy 14 days. We strongly recommend that guests take out travel / cancellation insurance. The Yorkshire Tourist Board recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, please call TPS Ltd 0870 7744056. Accounts must be settled in full on arrival by Debit or Credit Card (Subject to surcharge), Cash or Cheque supported by Cheque Guarantee up to the value of the card (Company Cheques are not accepted). Sterling travellers cheques (no change given). Please confirm arrival times when reserving your booking. Should your confirmed arrival time change, please contact Warrens straight away. Last checking in time is 9.00pm (unless by prior arrangement with Warrens). Guests are requested to vacate the rooms by 10:00am on the day of departure. To maintain our high standards all rooms are checked following check out. The cardholder is deemed to be responsible for their actions and those of any of their party. Warrens reserves the right to replace, with new, any missing, damaged or soiled items, any additional cleaning will be charged appropriately and may include any cost for loss of business. The cost of the replacement or cleaning will be charged against the card used to secure the room. For the comfort and benefit of our Guests Warrens is a strictly non-smoking establishment. We have a covered seating area outside where you can sit to enjoy a smoke. Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and charged in full for your entire stay plus an additional £100 for specialist cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the room. Sorry no pets. We request that guests do not bring their own food and drink into the guest house. Corkage may be charged. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by reserving a room.
