Directions:
M62 East towards Hull.Follow the motorway all the way the end. The road then becomes the A63 and narrows to a dual carriageway instead of 3 lanes. At this point leave the motorway there is a large motorway sign over the carriageway and it is signposted North Cave.At the end of the exit road turn left into North Cave. Go through the village until you reach a T-junction with a local newsagent in front of you. Turn right here and follow the road out of the village. About 2 miles out of the village you will come to another T-junction. Turn left here and then almost immediately you turn right. Just after this turning you will pass a Conference Centre on you left hand side called Rudstone Walk.Keep on this road for about 5 miles after which you will come into Walkington Village. You will know you have arrived in the village because there are loads of traffic calmers. Head through the village you will see three pubs on you left hand side first the dog and duck then the Ferguson and Fawcitt Arms and finally the Barrel. As you soon as you see the Barrel indicate right my house is directly opposite the pub and the driveway is just at the side of the house. The entrance is a gravel drive with some nice brick pillars at either side. When you drive in you will see a court yard in front of you and a slate sign saying the Barn House. Just drive into the courtyard and park anywhere inside. There are limited parking spaces inside so you may have to park on the street or take the next left after the Barrel into All Hallows road and park on this street insteadFrom Beverley or Hull you will enter Walkington via the traffic lights. Come over the traffic calmers past the Village pond on your right hand side. You will then see a row of detached houses and a public house called THE BARREL. As you see the Barrel you will see a road turning off to your left called ALL HALLOWS road you can park down here. Once parked please go back to the main street. Diagonally opposite the barrel is a gravel drive with some nice brick pillars at either side. When you walk in you will see a court yard in front of you and a slate sign saying the Barn House.
