Welcome to The Old Lodge Hotel, a stunning Tudor mansion set in its own grounds, on the edge of Malton. It is quiet and peaceful yet only a few minutes from the busy town centre. There are nineteen ensuite rooms, all tastefully furnished with TV and coffee making facilities.
The Old Lodge Hotel is situated on Old Maltongate, a short walking distance from the town centre. The setting is peaceful and ideal for relaxing after a hard day working or travelling. Malton is an ideal place from which to tour the North York Moors and Yorkshire coast. Nearby attractions include Castle Howard, Sledmere, York, Scarborough and Whitby. If travelling by bus or train, the stations are next to each other, only five minutes easy walk from the hotel.
The hotel has a comfortable bar together with an excellent restaurant serving freshly prepared English dishes using local produce. The restaurant is well known for its quality food, especially its wide range of puddings. Sunday lunch is also served with traditional roasts. The hotel is surrounded by a large garden, open fields and a nearby wood.
