Stylish, recently renovated hotel, in a quaint 16th century building on the oldest road in Scarborough. Merchants Row was once the main street and the location of the world famous Scarborough Fayre. All rooms en-suite and boast a TVDVD, 300 thread count cotton bedding, teacoffee making facilities and your choice of a wonderful sea or castle view

The hotel is situated in the centre of scarborough within minutes of the main shopping street, beaches and all of the towns attractions. The hotel is part of The Merchant Pub, Scarboroughs only Irish Bar. Live Irish music every Tuesday Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Great Guiness, Great Craic and a warm Irish welcome awaits you. The hotel also has a wonderful guest lounge with stunning sea views. The main bar has a roaring open fire, where you can relax with a drink

We also have a hotel bar where you can host your private party, function or event.
