Three unique one bedroom apartments (sleeping up to 4 per apt) each has an entrance lobby, large living area with sofa-bed, spacious dining area for 8 people, kitchen, double bedroom, en-suite shower room, walk in wardrobe and guest cloakroom. These luxurious apartments offer large spaces (over 60 m2 in each) in which to entertain for either social or corporate events. They offer complete flexibility as there is space to entertain and all the facilities of home from home. Choose to stay in and self cater or take advantage of our comprehensive Royal Parade Services, including catering, chauffeurs or PA for the day. Built in 1846 as the premier location in Harrogate overlooking its most prominent spa, the Royal Pump Rooms, the apartments offer stunning views of the glorious domed copper tiled roof and picturesque cobbled Crown Place.

This unrivalled location has private parking facilities, is next to Valley Gardens and is surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars. Each apartment is individual, the first floor apartment is Royale and is Parisienne in style, with incredible high ceilings, sleek modern sofas, a beautiful antique four poster bed and original fireplace. The second floor is called Rajasthan, it is ethnic and eclectic, packed with charming details, many of which are direct from India, and has a beautiful soft colour palette. The top floor is Brooklyn, it is quirky and young with a feature stone wall, reclaimed wood and stainless steel kitchen and cool vintage pieces, it’s a toast to eclectic loft living.
