This unique and contemporary guest house rests in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of York, comprising 2 Victorian town houses, sensitively modernised to provide a high standard bed and breakfast experience.
All our rooms have been recently upgraded, creating a clean, small hotel style feel.
Whether its singles, doubles, twins or family rooms, we have a range of accommodation and prices to suit most travellers, holiday makers or longer stay requirements.
Why not unwind after a hard days work, shopping or sightseeing in our relaxing lounge bar and patio area; a perfect way to end your day.
We accommodate most special dietary requirements on our breakfast menus, but please be sure to notify the hotel in advance where possible of any special needs. We have 2 ground floor rooms, one twin en suite and one double en suite room, which can accommodate those not wishing or able to climb many stairs. Please be sure to notify the hotel of your requirements in advance and we will try to accommodate them as best we can. It is now illegal to smoke in the hotel and offenders will face stiff penalties. The hotel has always been a non-smoking establishment with strictly no smoking allowed in any of the rooms or common areas of the hotel. We can accommodate smoking in our private, rear outdoor garden/patio area but please ask staff on arrival to access this facility.
