The contemporary AA 2 rosette Ivy Brasserie complements the stylish ambience of this superb hotel and the modern British and European menu makes good use of local produce. An excellent Cellar Bar also serves lunch every day and dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Directions:
From the North via the A19 or A1 Approaching York on the A19 proceed straight ahead on reaching the roundabout at the outer ring road (A1237) and follow the signs for the City Centre. Continue for approximately 2 miles where The Grange is on the right just beyond the footbridge to St. Peter's School. From the A1 take the A59 and follow the signs to York. Turn left at the outer ring road (A1237) and right at the intersection with the A10 to City Centre. From the South via the M1 and A1 Travel North on the M1 until it joins the A1 (M) then follow the signs for the A64 York. Travelling East on the A64 take the A1237 (York outer ring road) and continue for approximately 5 miles following the signs to Thirsk (A19). On reaching the roundabout at the A19 turn right to the City Centre and proceed for approximately 2 miles. The Grange is on the right just beyond the footbridge to St. Peter's School.
