At M6 junction 38, exit toward Brough/A685/Appleby/B6260 at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A685. Stay on this road for 12 miles you will pass through Kirkby Stephen Turn right at Kirkbank Lane signposted Winton. The Bay Horse Inn is on the village green.
