The Proprietors would like to offer you a warm welcome to this beautiful accommodation known as The George & Abbotsford Hotel comprises a total of 30 bedrooms including standard single, twin and double rooms, larger triple and family rooms, and for a touch of luxury - our four poster room. For your convenience daily newspapers, wake up calls and room service are also provided. Some services are charged in addition to the room tariff. All rooms are accessed via the main staircase with the majority of the rooms located on the first floor.This lovely accommodation provides a relaxing and comfortable environment to take tea, coffee, a snack or light meal, or just enjoy a drink from the bar. With an extensive menu available all day and every day both residents and non-residents are sure to find something they like. We pride ourselves on the fact that everything is cooked to order only using fresh and seasonal produce. A children's menu is also available.Restaurant Scott's provides a quiet and intimate atmosphere to enjoy a selection of A la Carte dishes of more complexity.Please Note: We are a Non-smoking accommodation. (Some smoking permitted rooms are available. Pets are permiited in the rooms.(Only working pets are allowed in the food service area). Off street parking facilities available.
