Set in an area renowned for its opportunities for walking, fishing, shooting, stalking and other country pursuits, Mosspaul has been substantially renovated since 2002. Whether you are looking for an active holiday or just a relaxing break in the country at Mosspaul we can assure you of high quality rooms, excellent food in our stylish bistro type restaurant and the warmest of welcomes

FacilitiesMosspaul stands in grounds of approximately two acres with abundant car parking space. Mosspaul has five en-suite bedrooms - two doubles, a twin and a family suite consisting of two rooms with a double and two single beds, and a twin room specifically designed to be accessible by disabled guests. Each newly renovated room is comfortably furnished and has colour tvvideo, tea and coffee making facilities, individually controlled central heating, hair dryer and an information pack

Lunch and Dinner are available in Lilies restaurant where a wide menu choice is available.Room rates include a full Scottish breakfast of your choice from the breakfast menu which is served on the veranda. We have a wide vegetarian menu and other special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice

Separate Residents lounge with open fire available. Sauna available for Residents use. Our newly built Hermitage Conference Suite provides the ideal venue for small conferences, business meetings and small functions

Mosspaul has a caravan club Certificated Location (5 pitches only) within the grounds. Each pitch has electrical hook up. Heated kennels available

Deer Larder. A regular bus service between Carlisle and Edinburgh stops outside Mosspaul.
