Five double rooms, two twin rooms and a family room all boast chic decor and a bed that will give you a perfect night's sleep to help recharge your batteries for the next days exploring of the surrounding area. We are a 3 AA Rosettes & 4 Star AA Rated Inn Accommodation located in Peeblesshire



Why not make Sunday a day of relaxation and recharge your batteries? Arrive in time for a leisurely three course lunch in Bardoulet's award winning 3 AA rosette restaurant. Spend an afternoon in the lounge beside the fire reading the newspapers before staying the night in one of our luxurious 4 star bedrooms. The following morning indulge in a personalised continental breakfast which will be delivered to your room to prepare you for your week ahead

You don't have to check out until 2pm, so take your time - you're not working 'til tomorrow - The Bistro food is as exciting as that offered in Bardoulet's Restaurant but within a more relaxed environment. All of the food is made to the same high quality, with each dish individually priced. Here in the Bistro, you can have anything from a simple bowl of soup to a fabulous 3 course meal

A fixed-price menu is served for Sunday lunch consisting of traditional family fare; the menu is chosen especially each week to ensure variety. Whether it be after a hard days shopping on Edinburgh's Princes Street or a day exploring the wonders of the Scottish Borders, why not relax in one of our eight individually furnished bedrooms. The accommodation is in the Lodge (formerly the village's Victorian Primary School), which is located to the rear of the Inn; all of our compact rooms have recently been refurbished to exacting standards
