The hotel's lochside position; with its own jetty and mooring facilities; makes it ideally situated for a wide range of watersports including waterskiing; sailing; canoeing and fishing.

Also located on the Rob Roy long distance walking route and the Lowland Highland Cycle Trail.

There are also a number of Munro's and golf courses all with an hours drive of the hotel.

Welcome to Clachan Cottage Hotel; in the village of Lochearnhead; on the shores of Lochearn; close to Callander in the stunning area of the Scottish Highlands.

The Hotel with its lochside position beside Loch Earn is ideally situated for all kinds of holiday breaks. You can have an activity holiday based on the Loch with a wide range of watersports to choose from. Waterskiing; wakeboarding; sailing; canoeing and much more are all there for you to try. We have around 40 Munros within a one hour drive of the hotel making this a hill walker; hill climber's paradise! We are located on the Rob Roy long distance walking route which runs from Drymen to Killiecrankie and the Lowland Highland Trail; passes through the park. Alternatively you may wish to sample some of the many golf courses within an hours drive of the hotel; or simply come and relax taking in the breathtaking views of the scenic splendour that is Lochearnhead.

We have a bistro bar and public bar on Lochside both offering a wide range of tasty fillings and inexpensive food. Our award winning chef will delight the most discerning taste buds. We also have our own jetty and mooring facilities which makes taking part or watching the watersports such a pleasure.
