Located on the edge of Moffat in an elevated position this magnificent Victorian villa offers guests outstanding views towards the town and over the rolling Moffat hills. Offering three spacious en suite bedrooms each tastefully furnished and decorated to compliment the abundance of natural light which enters the house is a friendly home from home. All bedrooms have the facilities you would expect to find including televisions and tea/coffee facilities.

If you need a hairdryer or a hot water bottle you only need to ask! Pets are welcome with prior arrangement guests are welcome to take advantage of the garden patio and barbecue facilities should they wish to do so good value packed lunches can be arranged if necessary ample parking is available and there are lock ups for bikes.
