Our aim is to ensure that you have a relaxing stay; the spacious accommodation with real log fire, wonderful views over the Moffat Hills and comfortable bedrooms help us to achieve this.We are based in Beattock, three miles from Moffat in the east of Dumfries and Galloway. We are close enough to the main roads to make us accessible, but far enough away to be in a quiet country setting

We provide bed and breakfast accommodation; superking beds and full Scottish breakfast using locally sourced ingredients.Dumfries and Galloway is a lovely undiscovered part of Scotland, full of wonderful walks, fantastic scenery, castles and museums, just to name a few things!

Directions:
Leave the M74 motorway at Junction 15 (signposted Beattock Moffat Dumfries). Follow signs for Beattock. Drive through Beattock passing The Old Stables Restaurant on your left and Beattock Primary School on your right. The road then bends round to the right under a railway bridge passing Craigielands Caravan Park on your right. Follow this road for just under a mile. The drive up to Marchbankwood Guest House is on your right opposite a white cottage and just before the road rejoins the main A701. Follow the drive up to the top and there you will find Marchbankwood Guest House.
