We are ideally situated 4 min from Stranraer and 5 min from Cairnryan perfect for Stena and PandO Travellers.3 Star Scottish tourist board grading, and Lonely Planet recommendation

Balyett is a late Victorian house which enjoys a luxuriously large interior, In the house we have one Loch view Luxury family bedroom with en-suite facilities ,and a sea view, one double room with a King size bed also with a sea view and a double shower,another double room en-suite overlooking the garden, and a twin room with its own separate private bathroom. All rooms freshly decorated in a contemporary style, featuring flat screen televisions tea and coffee facilities and numerous extras which make your stay special.The gardens are well tended with plenty of opportunities for spending an evening watching the boats go by the front of the house

Alternatively in the garden we can offer a Log Cabin for families on a budget and want some privacy, this comprises of a bed room with a double bed and 3 adult bunk beds, a kitchen come sitting room, a shower and toilet, and a well stocked breakfast basket with cereals yogurts cooked bacon sausages and free range eggs supplied. We cater for late arrivals off the Ferrys. Private off road parking for all vehicle types

Covered parking area for guests with bikes.Free Wireless internet in all rooms.
