Inverkeithing is on the main east coast line with direct trains from London Kings Cross.

The 747 bus service from Inverkeithing Railway Station plies the short distance directly to Edinburgh International Airport three times every hour. Access to the National motorway network is less than a mile away (M90) providing quick access via the Forth Road Bridge to Edinburgh (12 miles) and north to Perth (32 miles). Junctions to the M9 to Stirling (30 miles) and the M8 to Glasgow (45 miles) are within easy reach via the A9/A8000 link roads.

Inverkeithing is situated on the Fife Coastal route (A921) close to historic Dunfermline and allowing access to all other areas of Fife including the East Neuk and St Andrews.
