The Knowes Hotel has been newly refurbished to offer comfortable accommodation in a convenient location with spectacular panoramic views across the Moray Firth. Excellent Golf and Fishing facilities are available on your doorstep. Located in the heart of Macduff in an elevated location, The Knowes Hotel is a small family run hotel offering a warm Scottish welcome with breathtaking views over the Moray Firth coast to the Caithness coastline.We have recently refurbished all our bedrooms and now offer 4 en suite rooms consisting of 3 doubles and 1 twin. We also have 1 single room which is part en suite. 4 of the 5 letting rooms offer stunning views of the Bay and beyond and all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, TV and hairdryer. We serve food in both our bar and restaurant and indeed the house speciality is the opportunity of watching the dolphins play whilst you dine.The Northeast embodies much of what Scotland is famous for. Indeed, abounding scenery, historical castles, whisky trails and a fantastic array of Scottish golf courses are all in this region. No matter what your desire, be? it pure relaxation, leisure (or even business!!), you will find the Knowes Hotel offers a perfect base to explore this part of the North East of Scotland.
