You can dine in our Phoenix Restaurant where we use and promote the finest of local produce.
A warm, friendly, well appointed hotel specialising in fishing holidays, ideally situated for walking holidays and located within walking distance of 2 golf courses and 2 fishing lochs. Centrally situated close to the main town of Lerwick and the ancient capital of Scalloway. For dining you may join us in the period ambience of Phoenix restaurant for a leisurely evening of fine dining with some of the best Shetland produce. We operate on a bookings only system and bookings must be made before 17:00 that evening. We also use our own Shetland Lamb along with local beef, fish and produce. Breakfasts are served in the Phoenix Restaurant.
