Accommodation Description:

In a beautiful, tranquil location in Drumnadrochit, beside one of the most famous and romantic stretches of water in the world, this traditional Scottish hotel dates back to around 1740. Set in acres of delightful woodland, the Loch Ness Lodge Hotel is just 14 miles (23 km) from the city of Inverness. In the grounds of the Loch Ness Visitor and Exhibition Centre, the hotel makes a great base from which to explore the Highlands.

This original Highland lodge is now a privately owned 3-star hotel offering 50 well-appointed rooms, rich in original character and traditional charm. All of the en suite rooms have telephones, plasma flat-screen TVs and teacoffee making facilities. Free wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

With traditional real log fires, the Pibroch Bar and the hotels restaurant offer elegant and traditional cuisine, including carefully prepared Scottish produce, from hill venison and lamb to salmon and mussels from the West Coast.
