You will find our grandly proportioned Victorian Townhouse and it\'s six comfortable bedrooms with en-suite facilities, close to the heart of Scotland\'s capital city. We are only a twenty minute walk from the city centre and only two minutes from the main bus routes, golf course, Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool, gym and fitness centre



Priestville Guest House is overlooked by Arthur\'s Seat which offers spectacular views of the city, forth estuary and out towards Fife. Spoil yourself in the morning with our deluxe breakfast choice, where you can choose from traditional full cooked Scottish Breakfast including Haggis if you wish,Coninental Option or Quality Scottish Smoked Salmon with scrambled eggs. We have six bright, spacious and comfortable bedrooms consisting of doubles, twins, trebles & family/group rooms

En-suite and standard options are available. All our rooms are equipped with large flatscreen television with freeview. You will find a radio alarm clock in each room along with tea and coffee making facilities

There is also a small fridge available for the use of guests. WiFi - Free of charge Spoil yourself in the morning with our deluxe breakfast choice, where you can choose from a selection of traditional fresh Scottish or continental produce.
