Alpha Guest House is a traditional Edinburgh house offering B&B accommodation and is situated within 5 minutes drive of Edinburgh city centre, and 5 minutes from the Edinburgh City Bypass. The guest house is also only 5 minutes from the new Edinburgh Royal Infirmary (ERI) Hospital based at Little France. This Edinburgh guest house is family run and offers quality, en-suite bed and breakfast accommodation on the ground floor level to visitors touring the city centre of Edinburgh.

The guest house comprises 4 en-suite rooms including 3 double / twin bedrooms and 1 family / triple bedroom. All our guest house rooms are comfortably furnished and en-suite. They are all fully equipped including colour LCD TV with Freeview and Tea / Coffee making facilities.

Your stay at the guest house will include a Continental or full Scottish Breakfast and other amenities include free car parking. There is no need to take the car to the city centre of Edinburgh as there is an excellent local bus service which stops outside the guest house. Nearby the guest house are a nice selection of pubs and restaurants serving reasonably priced meals including our sister guesthouse, the Aaron Lodge Guest House Hotel, which is within walking distance.
