This family run business is based approximately 1 mile from Waverley Station and Princes Street, on an excellent bus route. The Merith has 15 ALL en-suite rooms with LCD tv and tea/ coffee making facilties Free Wifi. Free street parking and a complimentary continential breakfast is served for every guest. The managers of Merith House Hotel will welcome you with warm smiles and big hearts. Merith House has 14 en suite rooms, varying in size but practical and comfortable with LCD television (over 50 channels), tea/coffee making facilties and free WI-FI. Front facing rooms have lovely views of the Leith Links Park where the first rules of golf were drawn up and played over 5 holes It affords an excellent base for those enjoying a more leisurely break, located on a main bus route, the number 25 & 12. The journey between here and the town is approximately 10 minutes by bus. Without the need to maintain a restaurant or bar the Merith's rates can be kept low and the standard of rooms higher, there are many trendy and traditional bars and restaurants nearby We benefit by having easy access to all of Edinburgh's major attractions.
