An early Victorian terraced home, which still retains many original features of that period, such as stained glass windows and intricate cornices. Daviot House enjoys a central location just a minutes walk from Ayr's popular seafront, and 5 minutes walk from the Town Centre, which has many bars, restaurants and shops

The Bus and Railway Station are within easy reach and Prestwick International Airport is less than 5 miles away. Close by are Burns' Cottage, the Tam O'Shanter Experience, Brig O'Doon, castles, museums and historic buildings such as Culzean Castle. All rooms are tastefully decorated with a tartan theme and feature extra comfy beds with crisp, white sheets, and ensuites are so clean, they sparkle!
