An early Victorian terraced home, which still retains many original features of that period, such as stained glass windows and intricate cornices. Daviot House enjoys a central location just a minutes walk from Ayr's popular seafront, and 5 minutes walk from the Town Centre, which has many bars, restaurants and shops

The Bus and Railway Station are within easy reach and Prestwick International Airport is less than 5 miles away. Close by are Burns' Cottage, the Tam O'Shanter Experience, Brig O'Doon, castles, museums and historic buildings such as Culzean Castle. Amenities in the town of Ayr include Scotland's premier race course, indoor and outdoor bowls, swimming pool and leisure centre, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and great shopping

Recently refurbished to a high standard, we are committed to hospitality and housekeeping. All rooms are tastefully decorated with a tartan theme and feature extra comfy beds with crisp, white sheets, and ensuites are so clean, they sparkle!
