Accommodation Description:
Ardeer Steading is a recently converted luxury farm steading set on the edge of a 100 acre working farm. In a rural setting It is accessible from the main A78 and is only a 15 minute drive north of Prestwick Airport. There are 6 spacious modern doubletwin bedrooms, and 1 triple bedded room

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with power showers, tea and coffee making facilities and colour LCD TVs. Guests can enjoy a full Scottish vegetarian or Continental breakfast in our attractive breakfast room. Also for the evenings there are many good restaurants that can be recommended within an easy drive and one is a short walk away allowing you to enjoy a glass of wine with your meal and burn off a few calories on the way home

Check ins after 10pm can be accommodated if we are informed before hand. And in 2008 there is the addition of 2 new self catering cottages, furnished to the highest standards with modern entertainment systems that includes LCD flat screen TVs in all rooms, DVD players etc. The accomodation has 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, both en-suite, fully fitted kitchen and spacious sitting room and has the added benifit of a 3rd bathroom down stairs

Directions:
Travelling north on the main A78 dual carriageway just as you approach a large roundabout you will see a sign for Stevenston If you stay in the left hand lane on approach to this ( as there is now a new filter lane that will take you directly past the left hand side of this roundabout and on to the now named A738 ). Travel 200 meters to the first mini-roundabout and go straight through travel a further400 meters and at the next mini-roundabout before you enter the town ofStevenston just look for a sign that says Ardeer Beach and this is where you turn down to your left ( B752 ) a further 100yards down the gentle hill and left again and we are first farm on your right.
