The Bankfoot Inn, Bankfoot

Accommodation Description:
A traditional 18th century coaching inn located off the A9 (the main road to the Highlands) in the scenic village of Bankfoot, right in the heart of Perthshire. We are located just south of Dunkeld and ideally placed as a base for weekends, short breaks and longer stays.

Welcome to The Bankfoot Inn. The Bankfoot Inn offers a great atmosphere set in a real Scottish country Inn along with great food, prepared by our chef. We have both a public bar and lounge bar with adjoining restaurant for guests to enjoy, our accommodation is spread across six comfortable rooms, all of which are very well equipped and offer guests a very comfortable stay

Our lounge bar and restaurant have recently been refurbished and offer a traditional and comfortable atmosphere complete with open fires; the ideal place to sample our ever-growing collection of single malts. We are also pleased to offer a range of real ales from various Scottish breweries. For salmon fishing, the Bankfoot Inn is very close to the River Tay (we're only 1 mile from Stanley)

We can cater for fishing parties and have facilities to freeze caught salmon and provide locked storage for assembled rods. We can also cater for shooting parties (birds can be stored in our outbuildings). For cyclists, we're on Route 77 and can provide overnight accommodation for cyclists

We can provide secure storage for bikes and equipment. Laundry and drying facilities are also available. We're close to Pitlochry and can cater for groups interested in the Etape Caledonia event
