in the Tour price Domestic air, International Air, airport taxes and Government taxes, tipping of guides, drivers and hotel staff, laundry and dry cleaning, wine, liquors, mineral waters and meals not mentioned in this brochure under included features, personal and luggage insurance, and all items of a strictly personal nature

AIR TRANSPORTATION
can be arranged, but is not included in the price of this tour

CANCELLATIONS
in addition to airline cancellation penalties,(where applicable) all cancellations for any reason whatsoever will be subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee to cover our administrative costs..The $250.00 deposit is non refundable and is necessary to confirm your place on the tour. No further payments are required until 90 days before the start of the trip. Payment in full of the remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the trip.

This payment is non refundable. In the event of major illness of the traveler, their companion(s) or relatives or other similar difficulties making it impossible for the traveler to make this trip, we will look at the possibility but will not guarantee allowing travel at another time on a subsequent tour. If this is not possible, the fees paid will not be refundable. We seriously recommend that participants purchase trip cancellation insurance.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AND WILL BE SENT TO YOU IMMEDIATELY YOU REQUEST IT.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to The British Connection Inc. to PO Box 15495, Atlanta, GA 30333. USA.

BAGGAGE
For convenience, participants should limit themselves to one checked bag per person and one carry-on per person. The carry-on must fit completely under the aircraft seat. Excess baggage charges are expensive and not included in your trip price. The British Connection Inc. does not accept liability for any loss or damage to luggage or its contents. Insurance is available and is recommended.

RESPONSIBILITY
The British Connection Inc. acts only as agent for the suppliers of travel conveyance, transport, accommodation or other service(s) and have no responsibility in whole or in part for any delays, delayed departure or arrival, missed carrier connections, loss, death, damage, or injury to person or property, or accident, mechanical defect, failure or negligence of any nature howsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or for any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment, with or without notice, or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby.

RATES QUOTED ARE BASED ON TARIFFS AND EXCHANGE CURRENT AT THE TIME THE TOUR IS CREATED AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES THEREIN AT OR BEFORE THE TIME OF DEPARTURE. No revisions of the itinerary or its included features are anticipated. However, the right is reserved to make any changes with or without notice, that might become necessary. Baggage is at the owners risk throughout the trip, unless insured by the passenger. The right is retained to decline to accept or retain any person or persons as a member of this trip at any time, subject only to the requirement that the portion of the total amount paid which corresponds to the unused services and accommodations be refunded.

If the entire program is canceled for any reason, participants shall have no claim other than for a full refund. By forwarding the deposit, the passenger certifies that he/she has no physical , mental or other conditions of disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers and accepts the terms of this contract. The airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances. .The passage contract in use, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the company(ies) and the passenger and/or purchaser of this trip.
