We offer three varieties of Murder Mystery experiences. Select from our Murder Mystery Dinner Evening (this page), Murder Mystery Event 8 day tour, or the Murder Mystery Literary Tour
A Special Murder Mystery Dinner Evening to remember - carefully orchestrated by our Facilitator and written and prepared by our collaborators. Many people enjoy the excitement of a murder mystery evening but wish to share this with a limited number of friends/business colleagues. In response to this demand we have devised a superbly devious plot for a minimum of 12 to 13 people (and up to 100) that offers intellectual complexity and humor. Our facilitator welcomes guests a short time before dinner and explains the few rules of the game before ushering them through to the dining room. The facilitator will then set the scene, and describe some horrific events that have happened, before inviting the guests to begin their meal. The guests, armed with their knowledge of what they did, where they went, who they saw etc., (as described in their itinerary) are left to discover who was responsible for those horrible events. They have, however, only until midnight to do so. After that - who knows what might transpire? Our experience of these events informs us that participants relish the opportunity to play sleuth in the guise of a different (and slightly larger than life) character. Between the start of dinner at 8 o'clock and the deadly chimes of midnight they have one task in mind: to discover the murderer. As different suspects are accused and consigned to a bloody death, the suspense mounts - friendships are disregarded, alliances are abandoned, survival becomes the only motivation. I say, apart from thanks very much to you and all the actors for a most
excellent evening last night. It was certainly thoroughly enjoyed by the
whole team. I am still receiving positive feedback and thoughts about
the 'Fotheringay Fortune'. It was
great to witness the entire department absorbed by the plot and the roles
of the actors - who were superb." "I just wanted
to say how much my wife and I, along with all my colleagues, enjoyed 'The
Fotheringay Fortune' murder mystery 1923 evening organized
for our Board Christmas dinner. It was an extremely original theme for
an alternative party event, brilliantly acted and orchestrated and made
the evening really good fun." See also: Murder Mystery Event 8 day tour, and the Murder Mystery Literary Tour
