The Fine Print - Agreement and Release of Liability

I/we hereby acknowledge that I/we have voluntarily applied to join this tour and to engage in activities conducted during the tour by Byron W Cain, Jr., Nancy Cain, UKation, Britain Express, Paul Slade, Anne Slade, Russell Perry, Rosemary McGruther, David Ross, their associates and agents, and with this registration I/we certify that I/we have no physical, mental, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for myself/ourselves or other tour participants.

I/we am aware that participation in this tour and its activities involves the risk of injury and property damage from any cause whatever arising from my/our participation in the tour. I/we understand that baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the tour participants.

By the act of joining the tour and participating in its activities, I/we, my heirs, personal representative and assigns will not make any claims, actions, or demands against or sue Byron W. Cain, Jr. and/or Nancy Cain, UKation, Britain Express, Paul Slade, Anne Slade, Russell Perry, Rosemary McGruther, David Ross, their associates and agents in connection with any cause whatsoever arising from my/our attendance and participation in the tour, including matters involving injuries or property damage.

Byron W. Cain, Jr., Nancy Cain, UKation, Britain Express, Paul Slade, Anne Slade, Russell Perry, Rosemary McGruther, and David Ross, act only as agents for the suppliers of transportation, lodging, meals, sightseeing activities, and other tour activities, and have no responsibility for any damages, injuries, or accidents that might occur in relation to the use of these suppliers. Neither are they nor the suppliers to be held responsible for damages, injuries, or accidents that occur due to Acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, terrorism, or any other matters beyond their control. They retain the right in their sole discretion to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour. They are not liable for any penalty cost of a nonrefundable air ticket purchased in connection with this tour.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations must be in writing.
Travellers canceling prior to sixty five days before departure will receive all the deposit back, less any fees or penalties that have to be paid to any hotels, airlines, or other suppliers.

Travellers canceling less than sixty five days prior to departure will receive 50% of the total tour price, less any fees or penalties that have to be paid to any hotels, airlines, or other suppliers.

Travellers canceling less than seven days prior to departure will forfeit the price of the tour.

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for those concerned about unforeseen emergencies that might cause them to cancel their participation. A form offering such assistance will be sent in the pre-trip packet.

Deposits will be fully refunded for any tours that do not reach the minimum number of travellers.

Prior to the tour you will be provided materials about the trip that will contain the itinerary and other background material.
