Perfectly situated on the level in the quiet leafy suburbs of Llandudno with views to the elegant Victorian promenade some 80 yds away.Ample unrestricted free parking to the frontage allows you the opportunity of carefree wining and dining in the town or at our nearby three award winning Italian and French restaurants or of course the ultra modern sea view theatre restaurant.The theatre and conference centre are only a short five minute stroll away and the many varied shops and restaurants of the busy town a little further

Buses to all destinations operate every 10 minutes from the request stop just across the road from us.Facilities include a open plan lounge together with a well stocked separate bar allowing you the opportunity to enjoy a drink and relax after your evening promenade stroll without the hassle of having to go into the town.In the morning you can relax and enjoy a locally sourced breakfast of your liking freshly prepared and served at your own individual table in the Victorian splendor of our beautiful ornate bay windowed dining room

The hotel was refurbished in 2007 and the transformation can only be described as truly magnificent.We offer nine luxury rooms in a combination of double, twin and family formats and in addition (subject to availability) we offer a double room for a single supplement.All rooms feature en suite shower rooms, thermostatically controlled heating, beverage making facilities, colour televisions, clock radios, hairdryers, complementary toiletries and not forgetting white fluffy towels

Our premier rooms have been upgraded to a four star standard and are a little bit special featuring beautiful colour coordinated interior design, luxury en suites with ceramic tiled walls and floors LCD televisions with freeview deskdressing table with seating, lighting and power.Our luxury room offers all the above and in addition is very large and airy with a sea view.

Road Travel:-Via A55 Expressway exit at junction 19 and take the last exit on the roundabout signposted A470 Llandudno.Stay on this road proceeding straight on over 3 roundabouts for approximately 5 miles.When you are approaching Llandudno from over the brow of the hill you will see the 4th and largest roundabout.Take the 4th exit signposted Craig - Y - Don.Proceed along this road (Queens Road) passing the park and leisure centre for approximately 1 mile until you reach the tee junction at the Craig Y Don shops.Turn right onto Mostyn Street and after 100 yards turn left into Carmen Sylva Road proceeding towards the promenade and you will sea us on your right hand side.From the Coast RoadUpon entering Llandudno along the coast road (B5115) take the 2nd left from the promenade after the field into Carmen Sylva Road and we on your left.Rail TravelWe are approximately 1 mile from Llandudno Station or 3 miles from Llandudno Junction Station.
