Tenby, St Mary's Church St Mary's is one of the largest parish churches in Wales. It has a 152-ft spire. The original church was 13th century. It was enlarged 200 years later. The chancel has a wagon roof with carved bosses. The church is full of memorials from the 15th-19th centuries.

 Tywyn, St Cadfan's Church
We had the pleasure of visiting here, and our information is based on our personal experiences We took some photos of this location that we'd like to share with you  

Tywyn, St Cadfan's Church The parish church of St Cadfan's in Tywyn dates to the Norman period, but it contains a much earlier historic treasure in the form of St Cadfan's Stone, a slender sculptured stone monolith dating to the 8th or 9th century. St Cadfan's Stone is inscribed with the earliest known example of written Welsh language, making it an artefact of immense national importance.

Usk, St Mary's Priory Church This was a 12th century Benedictine priory church for nuns. It has a large Norman tower, a 15th century roodscreen, an organ, and an old brass memorial.

Wick, St James Church Dates from 12th century and was part of Ewenny Priory. Newer parts are in Early English style. Medieval stone altar.

 St Wonastow
  

St Wonastow First church on the site built in 7th century. 12th century church, restored in the 1860's. Unusual hammerbeam roof supports, Norman cable moulding on font, 18th century bells.

 Wrexham, St Giles Church
  

Wrexham, St Giles Church The church is one of the "Seven Wonders of Wales". It has a 136-ft high three-stage tower (1506) with four corner turrets and minor pinnacles with sculpted figures of saints. The interior contains a timber roof decorated with figures of angels, a 15th century wall painting, carved corbels, and an interesting monument. There are 18th century wrought iron gates.

 Llanfihangel-y-Traethau Carved Stone
We had the pleasure of visiting here, and our information is based on our personal experiences We took some photos of this location that we'd like to share with you  

Llanfihangel-y-Traethau Carved Stone Outside the west door of St Michael's church in the small village of Ynys stands a carved stone, erected sometime in the mid 12th century. The stone stands about 6 feet high, and is carved with a Latin inscription reading 'Hoc est sepulchrum Will. Dermae de Deler, qui primus aedificavit hanc Ecclesiam, in tempore Ewini Regis', which translates as 'Here is the grave of Wledr mother of Hoedliw who first built this church in the time of King Owain Gwynedd'.
