Directions:
1. Leave the M4 at junction 42 and merge onto the A483.2. Continue on the A483 (Fabian Way) go through one roundabout and after 5 miles you will be entering Swansea. At this point make sure you are in the outside (right hand) lane as you will shortly be turning right.3. Once you are on the bridge over the river you will be turning right at the fourth set of lights with the Waterfront Museum on your left and the Karma restaurant on your right.4. Once you have turned right the Excelsior' will be infront of you. For the underground parking take the first left at the mini roundabout proceed a short distance to the end of the road and the parking entrance is on the right.
