Directions:
Located in the centre of Llandrindod Wells the Metropole is easily accesible by road with the A483 passing in front of the hotel.By CarFrom the south: The best route is over the second Severn Bridge and up the A449 then A40 to Abergavenny. This is all Motorway or Dual carriageway. It is about 45 miles to Llandrindod from Abergavenny. From the East: Take the A44 from the M5. From the north: Take the M56 off the M6 then the A483.Parking: Ample free parking on-site at the back of the hotel (150 spaces). There are some rare occasions when the car park will be full. The road behind The Metropole and leading up to the lake has no yellow lines.By AirCardiff Airport- 75 miles Manchester Airport - 90 miles By RailLlandrindod Wells Railway Station - 0.2 miles. Llandrindod Wells train station is a short walk from the hotel and is linked by the Heart of Wales line to Swansea and Shrewsbury. Trains run about four times a day.
