The Hotel has been in existence for some 300 years - starting its life as a Coaching Inn as evidenced by the high Archway for stage coaches to access the courtyard at the rear of the Hotel where the original stables were which is now a large private Car Park for Hotel patrons.
It is a grade II listed building but although the outside has remained unaltered, the inside has been carefully modernised to bring it up to standard.
All rooms are en suite.
The hotel now has 16 en suite bedrooms, a 50 seater restaurant and 'Neuadd Nest', a traditional Welsh styled function suite that is licenced for 400 with a 200 head seating capacity.
This modern 'purpose built' facility is ideal for Weddings, Banqueting, Functions, Entertainment and Conferences.
The Hotel is set in the beautiful heartland of South West Wales, providing easy access both to the coast and to the gentle hills and valleys and rivers that are a feature of the region.
The Hotel stands close to the point where Carmarthenshire, Cardiganshire and Pembrokeshire meet.
The team in the kitchen take a pride in producing good locally sought foods.
