A Benedictine cell. Church survived for use as parish church, but is mostly modern. 14th century tower, Lady Chapel, presbytery, and medieval tombs are worthy of note. Garden: Well-preserved medieval deer park.

Tredegar was a large estate at one time, complete with bakehouse, brewhouse, barn, mill and a stable as grand as the house. The grounds contain specimen trees and gardens. The house is of red brick with its original entrance intact. The original furnishings were removed, but some have been recovered and others replaced. The New Parlour is furnished in Victorian style as a dining room. In the New Hall is an assortment of 17th century portraits of kings and queens. The carvings in the Brown room include strange beasts, foliage and faces. The bedchamber contains a 1720's bed. There is a below-stairs exhibition with a kitchen, still room, housekeeper's room and servants' hall.
