Britain Express is a family-owned, web-only company. We make available to the public details of hotels available for booking by a number of the most popular UK booking agencies on a price-comparison basis.

We do not handle any aspect of the booking process and we have no access to booking details - we provide what we hope is a useful reference service for travellers.

Please take note: We are not privy to any booking details (e.g. credit cards, email addresses).

I made a hotel reservation and did not receive a confirmation email:

You should have received an emailed confirmation very shortly after completing your booking. From our experience, if you did not receive a confirmation it is usually because

• your email address was typed incorrectly on your booking form, so the confirmation could not be delivered, or
• the confirmation email could not be delivered because your email account had used up its allotted space with your email provider.

It is also possible that your spam filtering software (either at your Internet Service Provider's mail server or on your your own personal computer) has iincorrectly blocked the email confirmation.

For security reasons we at Britain Express do not have access to your personal details, including:

• credit card
• address details
• booking confirmation number

All these details are held securely by the booking agency that handled your booking.

Your confirmation email from the booking agency will contain contact details should you have any questions, concern, or complaints about your booking.

If you need to cancel a booking, your confirmation email contains instructions for cancelling.
