Britain Express is a family-owned, web-only company. We make available to the public details of hotels available for booking by a number of the most popular UK booking agencies on a price-comparison basis. We do not handle any aspect of the booking process and we have no access to booking details - we provide what we hope is a useful reference service for travellers. We are not privy to any booking details (e.g. credit cards, email addresses).

Can you find a hotel for my particular needs?

Unfortunately, no, we are not travel agents, nor are we experienced at finding accommodation for unique needs or timetables, or for conferences, weddings, or other such gatherings that might require booking group rooms or extra facilities. If you need someone to find accommodation for your travels, please use the services of a registered travel agent, who should be able to assist you.

I have a question about a particular hotel

Please note that we do NOT have access to extra information about the accommodation featured on Britain Express (such as telephone numbers, or facilities for large group gatherings or weddings).

I am interested in a particular hotel and I want to know more about its location

Each hotel detail page has a link to a map at the popular multimap.com website, which will show its location precisely.

I need to arrange a group function (wedding, conference, stag/hen night, tour, etc.)

Group functions generally require the services of a skilled organizer, or, at the very least, personal contact between you and a hotel representative so that you are assured that the hotel will be right for your group. We are not skilled in arranging group functions, and cannot really be of any useful assistance in arranging facilities for groups. Quite honestly, you are far better off finding a possible hotel and bypassing our website to contact the hotel directly so that you can be assured their facilities will be right for your needs.

Yes, all applicable taxes are included in the listed price for rooms.
