SUPERB DORMER BUNGALOW STUNNING CLIFF TOP POSITION WITH RARE PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE BEACH This luxury detached house is believed to be one of approximately 30 between Plymouth and Mevagissey with its own private access directly onto a beach. With a large level enclosed sunny garden there are steps down to the beach and seashore. Approached via a private road the property is set in a quiet and peaceful location in the popular village of Downderry whereby you will be only a few minutes stroll to the pub shop and restaurant.

The area is popular with walkers with lovely cliff top walks taking you in different routes along the picturesque coastline. For boating lovers the large parking area offers facilities for storing a boat as well as parking for up to 6 cars. You will be ideally placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions to suit all tastes being within a short drive.

These include historic Plymouth The National Marine Aquarium The Eden Project numerous National Trust properties and gardens The Tate Gallery at St Ives and the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth. In the evenings enjoy the lovely sunsets directly from the garden stroll the beach relax in the conservatory or enjoy a BBQ. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers FIVE bedrooms: many with stunning sea views.

Upstairs offers 1 king-size double with child's single bed and en-suite bathroom with large separate shower and WC. 1 further king-size double room with child's single bed en-suite bathroom with WC. Downstairs offers 3 king-size double bedrooms one of which contains a single bed.

Bathroom: with shower cubicle bath and WC. Lounge: large with 50" flatscreen TV DVD SkyTV oak floor and adjacent conservatory with seating. Kitchen/diner: large and well-equipped with cooker fridge microwave and many useful extras.

Utility room: leading from the kitchen with dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer and separate WC. Further large fridge/freezer in out building. Outside: large garden with seating and moveable BBQ.

Amenities: parking for up to 6 cars. Bed linen towels electric gas and central heating included. Regret no smoking pets or young single parties.

Highchair cot with bedding playpen stairgate and toys are provided free of charge on request. A small welcome pack is provided for each stay. Location: beach shop pub and restaurant all walking distance.
