There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a separate shower room with WC nearby too. Upstairs you are greeted by an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that offers impressive panoramic views.
Make a beeline for the window seat for the best vistas of the River Camel and Camel Valley Vineyards. Also present in the lounge is a TV/DVD iPod dock DAB radio and a wood burner. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob a dishwasher a microwave a fridge/freezer and a washing machine.
Outside guests can enjoy use of a private enclosed garden with BBQ and picnic bench for warmer evenings. Children can have fun with a swing-set. The garage is also available for visitor use.
