Located close to the Devon/Cornwall border and situated on a working arable farm this barn conversion is an ideal base for exploring the areas of outstanding natural beauty of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor where fantastic walks can be enjoyed. After a morning of walking jump in the car and head to nearby Fowey where countless boutiques cafes and restaurants offer local produce and daily catches. For those looking to soak up some local culture several National Trust properties are within easy reach.

Inside the open-plan kitchen/dining room is light and spacious with a nod back to the building s past through exposed stone. Here you will find a oven and hob fridge/freezer washing machine dishwasher and microwave plus a good-sized dining table for sociable mealtimes. Once you have finished your meals retreat to the large lounge the perfect space in which to relax after a busy day and watch a film on the TV/DVD or play a game with the family.

With French doors opening out to the garden this room is flooded with plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed ideal for a young child while the second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. There is an additional bathroom with an overhead shower on this floor plus a separate WC downstairs.

The property is surrounded by beautifully maintained shared gardens perfect for enjoying an al fresco cup of coffee in the mornings. The two fishing lakes offer spectacular views across the rolling hills of Caradon and are perfect for a morning stroll with the dog.
