The property is located close to Delabole village renowned for its fine slate Delabole Slate Quarry being one of the largest holes in Europe. Delabole village is the third highest in Cornwall offering charming pubs and enjoyable walks. Further afield and there are countless ways to enjoy this region.

Starting with nearby Tintagel Castle to relaxing - or surfing at the nearby beaches of Trebarwith Strand Castle Beach and Bossiney Haven. Exploring further afield will delight all ages The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan to name a couple. Not to mention the fabulous food on offer Rick Steins famous seafood restaurant at Rock is not to be missed.

You ll not forget you re in Cornwall with stunning views from almost every room. Much care has been taken to offer guests a place to relax and enjoy every moment whilst providing the practicalities of everyday living. The lounge is bright and spacious accommodating guests with plenty of seating.

There is a wood burner for cooler evenings and a TV/DVD and hi-fi for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen means you have everything you need to whip up a satisfying meal including a Range cooker fridge/freezer and microwave. And for after a dishwasher ensures you spend as little time clearing up as necessary.

A separate dining area provides an enjoyable space for mealtimes. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and wet room with WC. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms.

A master double bedroom with spectacular sea views TV and en-suite shower room with WC. Finally one twin bedroom with sea views and one single bedroom complete the sleeping space. A family bathroom is also located upstairs featuring a bath with shower overhead and WC.

A beautiful decked area leading out from the kitchen provides plenty of seating and looks out over the ocean and private garden. This is the ideal spot to enjoy a summer BBQ. Off-road parking for three cars is available.
