STYLISH COTTAGE CLOSE TO VILLAGE PUB SLEEPS 4 + 2 This detached cottage stands in the grounds of the owner's home which is a spacious 1846 built former parsonage and Ross Cottage is located close by yet has its own driveway and ample parking. Buckland Brewer provides a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring the area. The traditional village has a well known pub which serves excellent meals and is only a short walk.

The coast is never far away with superb surfing beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude just a short drive. Pretty villages such as Clovelly and Bucks Mills are also worth a visit. Walkers have an abundance of public footpaths to choose from together with the Tarka Trail (former railway line) which provides traffic free cycling.

For families with young children The Big Sheep and The Milky Way attractions offer excellent indoor and outdoor activities.The cottage offers split level accommodation and has TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC both upstairs. Lounge: down a few steps from the hallway large with stone fireplace and woodburner effect gas fire comfy seating plus a sofa bed large TV with DVD video and hi-fi.

Sun room with seating looking out onto the garden. Kitchen/diner: large with dishwasher electric Rangemaster cooker and gas hob fridge microwave and hi-fi. Utility room: off the kitchen up a few steps with washing machine tumble dryer sink unit and small freezer.

Separate downstairs WC off the entrance hall. Outside: enclosed patio and lawn. Amenities: ample parking.

Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 pet by arrangement.

Location: pub in village centre (a short walk) Asda supermarket & Atlantic Village 5 miles and beach 7 miles.
