Nestling in one of Britain s most beautiful harbours and situated at the southernmost end of Torbay this pretty fisherman s cottage offers a unique holiday experience. There are panoramic views of the harbour and marina from every floor and a large balcony where you can sit back and relax overlooking the bustling old fish quay. You will be a stone s throw away from the harbour where there are a multitude of boats offering pleasure or fishing trips to visitors an array of colourful cottages and numerous seafood restaurants cafes shops and pubs.
The English Riviera offers some of the best beaches in the country with sheltered bays coves and rock pools and is the perfect arena to watch or partake in any number of water sports including scuba diving and sailing. You will also be within a short drive to Torquay where you ll find the palm-lined promenade seafront gardens a lively harbour and an international marina. There are many attractions to suit all tastes including Brixham Heritage Museum Kents Cavern Babbacombe Model Village Kingswear/Dartmouth and much more.
After stepping into the property you will find yourself on the second floor. On this floor you will find the kitchen/dining area. A sociable open-plan room which benefits from an oven fridge/freezer microwave and seating.
There is also a TV and radio in here as well which will keep the kids entertained whilst cooking up a family favourite. A set of stairs lead down to the lounge area which offers comfortable seating along with a TV/DVD and French doors which lead out to a decked balcony. Heading back upstairs to the kitchen/diner a set of stairs lead up to bedrooms and bathroom.
On the third floor you will find a pretty double bedroom where you will wake up to beautiful views of the harbour. The main bathroom is also on the third floor and is equipped with a bath with shower over and WC. There is also the added benefit of another WC located downstairs in the living area.
On the top floor a nautical themed twin bedroom can be found. This bedroom is accessed by winding stairs and traditional low wooden beams. Again this bedroom also offers undisrupted views of the harbour as well the breakwater and lifeboat station.
Outside there is a large decked area with garden furniture leading off the main lounge and a balcony giving wonderful views leading off the top bedroom.
