These attractive barn conversions are situated in a tranquil position approached via a private drive 0.25 miles from the main road. The cottages are found on a working arable farm.
The farm nestles in countryside on the outskirts of Hayle with its popular shops pubs harbour and restaurants a mere 3 miles away. The golden sands of Hayle provide miles of beach ideal for bathing and surfing. On the other side of the bay St Ives has a host of galleries including the Tate and many restaurants.
Also visit Godrevy with its beach full of rockpools over looked by its curious lighthouse and well known seal haul out. Penzance is a reasonable drive westwards but it s worth the effort for a day trip down to spend time exploring Praa Sands Marazion St Michaels Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole all with spectacular scenery to enjoy on your way. For the family stop in at the Wildlife Sanctuary situated in Hayle and Flambards Theme Park The Minack Theatre and the National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek.
Locally a golf course fishing country skittles and riding stables can be found too namely the Treemeadow Trout Fishery and BK Fisheries all within a few miles of the accommodation. On arrival at this lovely holiday property you will see the thoughtfully designed open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with soft-furnishings and tastefully chosen furniture. Retaining many of its original design features like open beams it has ample comfy seating a TV/DVD with Freeview and hi-fi to relax with of an evening after a hard day of holiday exploration.
The kitchen provides an electric oven and hob a microwave a dishwasher and a fridge all you need to cook up a storm. There s also a washer/dryer and freezer located in the entrance hall. There are two bedrooms in the property the first of which has a king size bed and a TV with Freeview.
The other has bunk beds. The bathroom contains a shower over bath and WC. Outside guests have access to a shared children s play area and a patio with furniture perfect for relaxing and looking out onto the surrounding farmland.
There is also ample off-road parking.
