Tucked away down a country lane and surrounded by rolling countryside this converted dairy is renovated to a good standard with well equipped kitchen and beautiful bathrooms spacious sitting room with double height beamed ceiling and minstrel balcony. Set by the owners’ home and sharing their 4 acre grounds. A 15 minute walk along the riverside takes you directly into Durham city where you can enjoy excellent cafes restaurants and shopping. Steeped in history Durham is renowned for its spectacular architecture and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Durham Cathedral and Castle along with its famous university which dates back to the 13th Century. A 10 minute train journey into the vibrant city of Newcastle and only 45 minutes to historical York. Pub serving food and shop 0.5 miles.
